First Galaxy phone with a rollable screen could launch in 2027.

Samsung's recently announced foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Flip 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8, and the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, haven't even reached store shelves yet, but information about the company's next-generation foldable phones has started to appear already.
The South Korean firm's next foldable lineup could include as many as five devices: the Galaxy Z Flip 9, Galaxy Z Fold 9, Galaxy Z Fold 9 Ultra, a successor to the Galaxy Z TriFold, and the company's first phone with a rollable OLED screen. They could launch in the second half of 2027.
GalaxyClub has revealed the internal codenames for these upcoming devices. According to the publication, Samsung is working on devices codenamed B9, H9, Q9, and Z9. The Q9 model reportedly has A and B variants.
The report claims that B9 is the Galaxy Z Flip 9, H9 is the Galaxy Z Fold 9, and Q9 is the Galaxy Z Fold 9 Ultra. Interestingly, Q9's A and B variants are speculated to represent the regular Galaxy Z Fold 9 Ultra and the next-generation Galaxy Z TriFold, respectively.
The publication also says that Z9 could be Samsung's first rollable-screen smartphone, as its hardware appears to be more tablet-like than phone-like.

While there's no additional information available about the Galaxy Z Flip 9, Galaxy Fold 9, Galaxy Z Fold 9 Ultra, and the rollable model, reports about the Galaxy Z TriFold 2 say that it will be thinner and available more widely.
