As we reached this month’s midpoint, Samsung started rolling out the July 2026 security update to its mid-range smartphones. To that extent, the brand has released the latest security patch for the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A35, and Galaxy A25.
The company seems to be offering the July 2026 security patch for the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A35, and Galaxy A25 globally (via Mohammed Khatri), including Asia, Europe, and South America. You can check out their firmware versions below:
The July 2026 security patch addresses 57 security issues present in the previous firmware. You can read more about it here. To update the three phones to the latest available firmware, go to Settings > Software update > Check for updates.
All three devices are running One UI 8.5 (Android 16 QPR2) and are eligible to get Samsung’s next Android skin, One UI 9.0 (Android 17). It offers more UI customization options and new features. We have made a video about it, which you can check out below.
