It has been three weeks since Samsung released the third One UI 9.0 beta update for the Galaxy S26 series, and beta testers were hoping to receive the Beta 4 update this week. However, the company has announced that it won’t release a new beta update this week.
The Beta Operations Manager on Samsung’s Community forum announced that the One UI 9.0 Beta 4 update for the Galaxy S26 series has been delayed until next week. The company says it is working to make the next beta release more stable before rolling it out.
Hello, beta participants. The 4th version of the S26 Beta is scheduled to be released next week. We will do our best to release a stable version. Thank you.
As you can see, the second beta update was released two weeks after the first beta update, while the third beta update arrived three weeks after the second. If Samsung sticks to this pattern, the fourth beta update will be released four weeks after Beta 3.
We’ve noticed that the Quick Panel opens with a noticeable delay, especially in landscape orientation. There are also bugs related to hiding and unhiding apps in Secure Folder. For example, tapping to unhide an app doesn’t always work on the first attempt.
Hopefully, Samsung addresses most of the remaining bugs and performance issues before releasing the next beta update.
