At the start of this month, Samsung announced a new version of the Samsung Health app for Galaxy phones and tablets. It offers a new user interface and many new features.
Back then, the brand said that it would start rolling it out on 8 June 2026. Unfortunately, even as half the month has passed, the company hasn’t released the update for the app.
So far, Samsung hasn’t said why it hasn’t released the update. Maybe the brand discovered bugs in it in the last moment and is solving them, or the company has decided to release it at a major event or alongside a new Galaxy Watch (the tech giant is expected to launch the Galaxy Watch 9 series and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 8/Flip 8 next month).
Coming back to what the new Samsung Health app offers, you get a redesigned interface with dedicated sections for Activity, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Sleep, and Vitals. It also provides you with several AI-powered features, including Vitals, Heart Health Score, Daily Cardio Load, and Fitness Index, all of which aim to offer deeper insights into your health and fitness.
