Samsung has started rolling out the stable version of One UI 8.5 to its tablets, and as you might have expected, the first set of devices to which the brand is offering the update are its flagship models, the Galaxy Tab S11 and the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra.

As usual, Samsung is offering the new software first in its home country, South Korea. The firmware version of the update for the base model is X736NKOU5BZE3, and that for the Ultra model is X936NKOU5BZE3 (thanks for the tip, 정성현). It marks the end of the month-old beta program.

Typically, after rolling out an update first in its home country, the company starts releasing it in other regions around the globe in the next few days. To check the One UI 8.5 availability for the Galaxy Tab S11 series in your region, as well as to get it, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

One UI 8.5 brings a ton of changes. Along with visual changes, which make the UI look more consistent throughout and more sophisticated, it offers a bunch of new features, including support for Apple AirDrop. You get a more customisable Quick Settings panel as well. You can check out all the changes in our video below.
