Samsung has released an update for the SmartThings app for Android. It carries version 1.8.45.24 and brings four changes. You can check out the official changelog below.
From what we could gather, Samsung is rolling out the latest SmartThings update globally. On Galaxy smartphones, you can get it by going to Galaxy Store, clicking on the hamburger icon, and selecting Updates. On non-Samsung Android phones, you can get it by opening the Google Play Store, tapping on the profile icon/picture, and selecting Manage apps and device.
Speaking of SmartThings for Galaxy smartphones, it can now display information about your home appliances in Now Brief. You can read more about it here.
