Samsung UK has launched what might be its most unusual campaign yet. After researching the UK property market, Samsung found that the right art pieces, placed in the right spots, can increase a home's value by as much as £7,000.
Samsung also discovered that first impressions are critical in the real estate business. In fact, 43% of Brits admit that attractive artwork would make them more inclined to buy a property.
It's March — the busiest month for the UK's property market — and armed with this insight, Samsung has launched a promotional campaign that lets participants get their hands on a Frame TV. The goal is to give property owners the right tools to enhance their properties through artwork.
And with access to more than 4,000 artworks through the Samsung Art Store (and growing), The Frame TV can double as the perfect painting or picture frame for property owners looking to make a strong first impression.
Samsung UK is neither giving away free The Frame TVs nor selling them at a discount to real estate agents. Instead, Samsung is letting property owners in the UK borrow The Frame TVs for a limited time.
The program goes live in the UK today and runs on a first-come, first-served basis. House sellers can apply for a Frame TV loan by emailing Samsung Frame Loan with proof of their address and property listing.
In partnership with color and design psychologist Karen Haller, Samsung also shared a few tips on how to set up The Frame to create a strong and lasting first impression.
Property owners who want to impress prospective buyers through The Frame TV should look for Art Store artwork that follows these guidelines:
Countless artworks that fit these descriptions can be found through the Art Store platform, available on The Frame and other Neo QLED TVs through a subscription.
For anyone who doesn't want to sell their property in the UK, The Frame and The Frame Pro TVs are available for purchase through the Samsung online shop.
