Last month, Samsung released a software update for the Galaxy Z Fold 7, which offered the February 2026 security patch. However, the brand had rolled it out only in its home country, South Korea. Now, the company has started releasing it in other regions around the world.

To get the update, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. With Samsung starting to roll out the update internationally, the brand should release it in other regions soon. You will soon be able to download it from our firmware section.

Speaking of software updates for the Galaxy Z Fold 7, the next major update for the phone will offer One UI 8.5 (Android 16 QPR2), which packs a new UI and many new features. Samsung is expected to start rolling it out to eligible devices in the next few weeks.
