This Galaxy AI feature will be very powerful.

It's been several weeks since Samsung launched the One UI 8.5 beta for the Galaxy S25 series. The beta firmware gave us a look at some of the new features we can expect for Samsung's devices this year, including Now Nudge.
An earlier leak had provided a video overview of how the Now Nudge feature is going to work. It relies on Galaxy AI to basically understand what's on your screen and then suggests useful actions and information so that you can get things done quickly.
For example, if you're filling out a form on a website, it will make suggestions relevant to each section. If you're texting with someone about an appointment, it will show the Open Calendar button so that you can quickly check your availability without having to launch the app manually.
However, it seems Samsung will properly introduce Now Nudge in One UI 9.0, not One UI 8.5. Current One UI 8.5 beta builds for the Galaxy S25 series do not include any Now Nudge functionality, but people did manage to find it in leaked One UI 9.0 firmware for the Galaxy Z Fold 7.
And digging into that One UI 9 firmware, @thatjoshguy69 discovered a list of different tasks that Now Nudge can assist you with. These include mobility rentals (which could include ridesharing services), flights, government services, location data, medical information, phone services, movies, and more.
The list probably isn't exhaustive and Samsung will likely add support for a lot more tasks by the time One UI 9.0 comes out. Some of them might even make it into One UI 8.5, and we should get confirmation of that when the Galaxy S26 series goes official on February 25.
In any case, it’s great to see Samsung seriously strengthening this potentially very useful feature so that, when it arrives, it delivers incredible value to users right out of the gate.
