Galaxy Watch FE's One UI 8 Watch update reaches more regions

Samsung is expanding the rollout of the One UI 8 Watch update for the Galaxy Watch FE to Europe, India, and many other countries.

Earlier this month, Samsung released a software update to the Galaxy Watch FE that offered One UI 8 Watch (Wear OS 6). It brought many aesthetic and functional changes, which made using the wearable more convenient and fun. However, back then, the brand offered the update only in South Korea. Well, that’s not the case anymore.

Samsung is expanding the One UI 8 Watch update for the Galaxy Watch FE in Europe, India, and many other countries around the world. The update carries firmware version R86xXXU1CYK6. Along with One UI 8 Watch, it also brings the October 2025 security patch, which fixes many security issues. You can read more about it here.

To update your Galaxy Watch FE to the latest firmware, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, and navigate to Watch settings > Watch software update > Download and install.
