Galaxy S23 FE One UI 7 update now widely available

A week after it made its debut in Korea, the One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S23 FE is beginning to arrive in several more countries. It is now available across Europe and in Asian markets like India, and more countries will likely join the party soon.

You can identify the One UI 7 update by the build number S711BXXU6EYDA. To download it, head into your phone's Settings » Software update menu and tap the Download and install button. The update is around 4.5GB in size, so make sure you have the appropriate bandwidth on your mobile data plan if downloading over a Wi-Fi connection is not an option.

This is the second major OS upgrade for the Galaxy S23 FE. It is eligible for two more, with the next one possibly coming this year instead of the next. Samsung will also roll out One UI 7 (Android 15) worldwide to other Galaxy S FE phones this month, including the Galaxy S21 FE.

The Galaxy S23 FE gets the same features and improvements as the other Galaxy S23 models. The changelog is also similar to that of the Galaxy S24 lineup's One UI 7 update, but the Galaxy S23 series doesn't get Audio Eraser, a feature that's part of the Galaxy AI suite and was introduced with the Galaxy S25, or log video recording.
