The memo has apparently not made its way yet to the beta moderator on Samsung's US forums.

When Samsung finally confirmed last week that One UI 7 will start rolling out in several markets on April 7 and the United States on April 10, it ended months of speculation about when the update would finally be released. It's been a long wait and the beta program has gone on for an unnecessarily amount of time.
The post announcing the release date in the US was then taken down without an explanation, hinting at a possible delay. It came back online yesterday and everyone heaved a sigh of relief. Perhaps the memo hasn't reached the beta moderator on Samsung's official US forums, because they're claiming “No official public release date for One UI 7 has been announced yet.”
The beta moderator does claim that “The [release] timeline remains under review as we work to ensure the software is stable, optimized, and ready for a wider rollout,” possibly suggesting that this is not set in stone yet.
This news will likely disappoint a lot of people who have been waiting patiently to get their hands on Samsung's latest and greatest software update. I'd suggest not reading into it too much, even though it appears to come from someone in the know.
The fact remains that Samsung has posted on its official newsrooms for many markets that One UI 7 will start rolling out to eligible devices from April 7. It has mentioned the April 10 release date for users in the United States very clearly, so it's rather unlikely that the company will stray from it without any explanation.
We still have about two weeks to go until the April 10 release date that Samsung has provided, so even if there are some gremlins to be worked out, we can keep our fingers crossed that it will all be handled by then.
