With Android 12, Google introduced the Material You UI design language, and Samsung adopted it with One UI 4 on smartphones and tablets. The new design language is also being rolled out to apps on Wear OS smartwatches. Google has released an updated version of Google Keep with the Material You design.

As noted by 9To5Google, Google Keep's Material You redesign allows you to see two note previews instead of one. It also brings pill-shaped buttons for creating a note and creating a list. The buttons for notes actions (Add Reminder, Archive, and Pin) are pill-shaped. You can see more text in a single view when a note is opened.

This new design is being rolled out with the update version 5.22.342.03.97. You can download it via the Google Play Store on your Galaxy Watch 4 and the Galaxy Watch 5. Previously, Google introduced a Tile for Google Keep that allows easier access to the creation of a new note.

Google is slowly improving the Wear OS platform with help from Samsung. It not only added more features to the platform but also updated most stock apps. It is also working with third-party developers to launch more/improved apps. The company is also improving smartwatch integration with smartphones, tablets, and Chrome OS laptops.
