The Samsung HW-Q990B is an 11.1.4-channel speaker setup with Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, Q-Symphony, and a wireless subwoofer. It can be connected to a 2022 Samsung smart TV via Wi-Fi for Wireless Dolby Atmos. Thanks to Q-Symphony, this 16-channel soundbar can work with up to six TV speakers for 22-channel audio. It also features Space Fit Sound+ (auto audio calibration as per the room's dimensions) and Auto EQ.
Samsung has used metal and other premium materials to build the HW-Q990B. The soundbar also features AirPlay 2, built-in Chromecast, Spotify Connect, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth with SBC codec, Tap Sound, Adaptive Sound, Game Mode Pro, Active Voice Amplifier, Hi-Res Audio, and One Remote Control. It has two HDMI 2.0 in ports, one HDMI 2.0 out port, and one optical in port. It features 4K video passthrough and HDR10+. It is priced at KRW 1,890,000 (around $1,546).
The HW-S800B is extremely slim, at 38mm in height and 40mm in thickness. It comes in Black and White colors, and it can also be covered in brown and teak color cover skins, suitable for lifestyle TVs like The Frame. It is a 3.1.2-channel soundbar with Wireless Dolby Atmos, DTS:X, Q-Symphony. It is priced at KRW 899,000 (around $735).
The super-slim soundbar also features Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2, Chromecast, Alexa, Bluetooth (with SBC codec), Tap Sound, Adaptive Sound, Game Mode Pro, Space Fit Sound, and Active Voice Amplifier. It also features One Remote Control, Wireless TV Connection, and Hi-Res Audio. It has one HDMI in port with ARC and one HDMI out port.
