The Galaxy Book 2 Pro and the Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 come in 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch Super AMOLED display variants. They have Full HD+ resolution, VESA HDR 500, and 120% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. However, the new laptops lack high-refresh-rate screens, which is increasingly appearing in various mid-range and premium laptops these days.
Apple's 2021 MacBook Pro lineup features 120Hz Mini-LED displays. Even the latest mid-range Vivobook laptops from ASUS feature 90Hz OLED displays. These high-refresh-rate screens offer a smoother experience while scrolling, swiping, and gaming.
Considering the Pro moniker and a price tag that can go as high as €1899 depending on the configuration, we believe Samsung should have equipped at least some of the variants with a high-refresh-rate display. A 60Hz display could be a deal-breaker for some potential customers, especially those who are thinking of grabbing the Galaxy Book 2 with the Intel Arc GPU for gaming.
