Samsung Electronics was the star of the ISE 2024 (Integrated Systems Europe) event. The company featured the largest exhibition area and showcased the most innovative display technologies among all participants. Thanks to its powerful and versatile display and digital signage lineups, Samsung earned several “Best of Show 2024” awards.

ISE 2024 was held at the Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via complex, from January 30 to February 2. Samsung had an impressive exhibition area of 1,728 square meters, which the company says attracted more than 7,000 visitors on the first day of the event and 23,000 visitors throughout the event's duration.

The Wall, Transparent Micro LED, a new Interactive Display, and more

Among the many display technologies that Samsung showcased at ISE 2024 was a new and upgraded Interactive Display for classrooms, which is now powered by Android 13 and boasts 8GB of RAM along with 64GB of onboard storage.

Samsung also showcased the Transparent Micro LED solution, which debuted at CES 2024 in Las Vegas.

The company demonstrated how its SmartThings-enabled displays can help businesses, and its VXT (Visual eXperience transformation) cloud management software for B2B setups earned top honors across multiple categories.

Interestingly, Samsung announced it has partnered with Cisco to develop a 105-inch 5K smart signage solution for businesses. The panel has a 21:9 aspect ratio, and Samsung says it offers “an exceptional immersive experience that similarly replicates an in-person meeting room experience.”

And, of course, The Wall for Virtual Production, which became available in Europe in September, was showcased at ISE 2024. This technology has changed the way filmmakers create realistic-looking environments.

Furthermore, Samsung demonstrated The Wall's unparalleled qualities in a different setting, wherein the panels were used to provide a real-time view of traffic conditions on multiple roadways. Needless to say, The Wall was one of many Samsung display technologies that earned the “Best of Show” award.
