Samsung has been on an expansion spree in India for its retail stores. Over the past few months, the company has expanded its premium retail stores to more cities in India, including Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Lucknow, and Surat. Now, Samsung has opened a new premium store in Chennai.

Samsung has inaugurated a Premium Experience Store in Phoenix Mall in Chennai. This store is designed to offer a premium purchase and after-sales service experience. It will also display the company's complete ecosystem experience through smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, wireless earbuds, TVs, and gaming monitors. Those who visit this new Premium Experience Store and purchase select devices can get the Galaxy Buds FE for just INR 2,999 or Early Bird giveaways.

Sumit Walia, Senior Director, Samsung India, said, “We are delighted to introduce the Premium Experience Store to Chennai following a fantastic response in other parts of India. Our commitment is to captivate the Chennai shoppers with immersive and uniquely tailored product experiences. The newest store is dedicated to engaging Chennai’s diverse consumer base, by hosting ‘Learn @ Samsung’ workshops that cater to various passion points, including digital art, doodling, photography, videography, fitness, and music. Chennai’s dynamic retail market provides an ideal backdrop for us to connect with our customers and create memorable engagements.

Consumers can get what Samsung calls a “phygital” experience (physical + digital) at the store through the Store+ endless aisle platform. Consumers can browse through thousands of products at the kiosk, whether they are available through retail stores or the online store. They can order products online and get them delievered at their home. Consumers can also get products through Samsung Finance+ financing options and get Samsung Care+ premium after-sales service.
