Three months ago, Microsoft announced Minecraft Eary Access for Chrome OS. Since then, the company has been steadily releasing new updates to make the game more stable. Now, the company has released the stable version of Minecraft for devices running ChromeOS.

Minecraft: Bedrock Edition is now available in stable form on Chromebooks, including Samsung's. The game costs $19.99 for ChromeOS. However, if you've already purchased the Android version of the game, you can get the ChromeOS version for $13. Once you buy Minecraft: Bedrock Edition for ChromeOS by spending $19.99, it will also be available for Android smartphones and tablets for free.

However, note that not all Chromebooks would be able to run Minecraft: Bedrock Edition. The company notes that a ChromeOS running device needs to have at least ChromeOS 111, a 64-bit process (ARM or x86_x64), 4GB of RAM, and at least 1GB of disk space for installation files. Your Chromebook needs to be equipped with AMD Ryzen 3 3250C, Intel Celeron N4500, Intel i3-7130U, Mediatek MT8183, Qualcomm SC7180, or better processors.

These hardware requirements mean that almost all Chromebooks would be able to run Minecraft: Bedrock Edition without many performance issues. Moreover, the game works cross-platform, so you can play it with your friends who are running the game on any device or console.
