Samsung's device care network in the USA spans the nation and is made possible with the help of more than 10,000 certified repair technicians. And as more customers care about durability and technical support, a recent study has shown that Samsung 5G phone customers climbed to the highest satisfaction rating thanks to Samsung's superior product and service quality. Now, the company is giving us an inside look into what it takes to service a Galaxy phone at an authorized center.

Have you ever wondered what happens to your Galaxy phone after you hand it over to Samsung for repairs? Wonder no more. Samsung shared a 3-minute behind-the-scenes video detailing the process of getting a broken device up and running in perfect condition again.

Whether you visit a walk-in repair center or mail in your Galaxy device for repairs, Samsung's technicians will get the job done using the best practices, specialized tools, and genuine parts. Customers who choose the walk-in service option can even observe the servicing process.

The video also offers a sneak peek into one of Samsung's mail-in mobile repair facilities, which look and function similarly to an assembly line. The company's facility in Texas has 23,000 square feet (2,136 square meters).

Even more reasons not to worry

Last year, Samsung made it even easier for Galaxy device customers to service their phones and have peace of mind. The company introduced Maintenance Mode through One UI 5.0, which Galaxy device users can enable before they hand in their phones and tablets for repair. When enabled, this mode restricts access to personal information by creating a separate, restricted user account for the Samsung technician.

And finally, if you're a DIY fan and you'd rather repair your Galaxy phone on your own without the help of a certified technician, Samsung can give you the tools and means to do it. The company partnered with iFixit last year and released a self-repair program in the USA for a handful of Galaxy devices. Through this program, users can access detailed instructions, get specialized tools, and use genuine parts to DIY-repair their Galaxy phones.
