The American Customer Satisfaction Index Survey (ACSI) has placed Samsung Electronics America at the top of the customer satisfaction list for 5G mobile devices in 2023. ACSI ranked Samsung’s 5G phones #1 in the USA for their overall quality, for product quality, and service quality.

Samsung says 73% of consumers who are looking to buy a new smartphone value technical support highly. Durability is also an important consideration when they buy a phone — for 89% of customers.

An expansive customer care network nationwide

Mark Williams, Vice President of Customer Care at Samsung Electronics America, said “Customers put a lot of consideration into their technology purchases. They want both peace of mind they are buying reliable devices that will work for their needs, as well as confidence that if something does go wrong, they have quality repair options.”

Knowing this, Samsung grew its Care network in the USA over the years to support its customer base nationwide. The Samsung Care network now consists of over 10,000 Samsung Mobile certified repair technicians, more than 2,000 same-day Authorized locations, over 700 UBreakiFix locations, and 200+ same-day service Best Buy stores nationwide.

Furthermore, the Samsung Self-Repair program, which the company introduced in collaboration with iFixit, now covers 12 phone, tablet, and PC models. And, of course, the Samsung Care network has coverage across all 50 states.

Samsung added that “The ACSI recognition is a testament to the investments Samsung has made to provide consumers value — in the products we manufacture and the convenient, expert customer care we offer.”

The ACSI Cell Phone Manufacturer Study surveyed more than 4,000 smartphone customers in the USA who purchased phones between April 2022 and March 2023.
