    Galaxy Z Fold 2 gets a new update in Europe, USA and other regions

    Samsung's March 2023 security patch saga continues with the Galaxy Z Fold 2. The foldable phone is now getting the new update, and the latest release seems to be spreading like wildfire.

    The update is available for the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in numerous markets. It's rolling out on the SM-F916B international variant as firmware version F916BXXS2JWC1.

    The update is also available for the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in the USA, both carrier (F916USQS2JWC1) and unlocked (F916U1TBS2JWC2) models.

    Outside the USA, the March 2023 security update is available for the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in dozens of markets listed below.

    In markets where the new firmware is available, you can update the Galaxy Z Fold 2 by opening the Settings app, accessing “Software update,” and tapping “Download and install.” You can also update your device using a Windows PC and download the official firmware files from our website.
