During the pre-order period, Amazon was running a promotion on Samsung's latest flagships, offering customers free Amazon gift cards if they pre-ordered through the online retailer. The benefit of this gift card is that it can be used to purchase anything on Amazon, so it's certainly more useful than a Samsung credit, for example.

The offer ended for two of the Galaxy S23 models once the pre-orders were closed on February 17 and the device was finally released, but it appears that Amazon is still offering a $100 gift card if you purchase the Galaxy S23+. You don't get the free storage upgrade as that was only available during the pre-order period.

Buy the Galaxy S23+ from Amazon for $999. It's the 256GB version and comes with the $100 gift card. That's a nice little incentive to take advantage of if you missed out on the pre-order offer.
