Galaxy S23 will come in 128GB version, higher RAM variants also exist

Earlier today, a rumor claimed that the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ feature 256GB storage in the base variant. However, that doesn't appear to be true. We can confirm that the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ will still have 128GB UFS 4.0 storage variants, but their availability will vary across the world.

The report also claimed that the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ have only 8GB LPDDR5X RAM in all their memory configurations. But we can confirm that higher storage variants of the smartphone will come with higher RAM. As always, the availability of those versions will vary according to the market. Some markets may not get the variant with higher than 8GB RAM. We would've loved seeing 256GB base storage for the Galaxy S23, but it looks like Samsung will end up disappointing fans again.

All the phones in the Galaxy S23 lineup will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 120Hz Super AMOLED displays, a 12MP selfie camera, stereo speakers, an IP68 rating, and 5G connectivity. The Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy S23+ have a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP 3x zoom camera. The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 200MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and two 10MP telephoto cameras (3x zoom and 10x zoom). They are also rumored to feature 8K 30fps video recording from the rear camera.

Samsung's upcoming high-end phones reportedly feature improved still image and video quality, especially in low-light conditions. They are also rumored to feature satellite connectivity for emergencies, similar to the iPhone 14 lineup. The Galaxy S23 has a 3,900mAh battery, while the Galaxy S23+ has a 4,700mAh battery. The Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 5,000mAh battery and a built-in S Pen.
