Samsung Korea confirms Galaxy S8+ variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage

Variants of the Galaxy S8 and S8+ with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage were certified by TENAA a few weeks ago. Now, Samsung Korea has confirmed its plans to sell the 6GB RAM variant of the Galaxy S8+ by listing it on their official website. Apart from RAM and internal storage, all other specifications remain the same.

As per the listing, it looks like Samsung will bundle the DeX station along with the 6GB RAM variant of the Galaxy S8+ for those who preorder this smartphone. It will be available through Samsung, LG U+, KT, and SK Telecom. There’s still no information regarding the release date or price of this variant, but it is being rumored that it will cost upwards of $1,000.

Would you buy this variant of it becomes available in your country?

6gb would be nice for desktop mode, mutitasking & intense gaming. Bring on the Note 8 (2017) & Galaxy S9 (2018).

Interesting seeing on YouTube initial speed tests, the s8 is on par with the s7 edge in performance but looses out to the one plus

After seeing a lot of reviews about the ram management of the S8, I think 4 GB is more than enough, it handled lots of apps and huge games without refreshing them.
Also 64gb for me is more than great.
