Samsung's S Health app has been updated to version 4.5 in over 150 countries with support for over 80 local languages. Since the app was launched for non-Samsung devices as well, you can update it right away to improve your health with the numerous tracking capabilities built right into the app by default. You can now install S Health straight off the Google Play Store.

One of the features introduced in S Health 4.5 is a dashboard where you can see a quick summary of all your daily goals and activities that you previously set. You can customize this feature based on your needs and its purpose is to give you all the info needed at a glance. In addition, Samsung has also added numerous health tips that are updated based on your interests and actions. Another new feature is the specialized tracker that lets you select various sports, routes and also brings a power saving mode to the table.

All these features should now be available to more devices including every Samsung smartphone since Galaxy S3 as well as any device running Android 4.4 KitKat and above. If you haven't done so already, check out the official S Health website.
