For all we know the processor may not be the only component provided by Samsung, the handset's 5.7-inch full HD Super AMOLED display also may or may not be from Samsung, though that bit hasn't been confirmed yet. Samsung normally provides components to other OEMs for their devices so this is nothing new, though it does signal that the company is satisfied enough with yields of the Exynos 7420 processor that it's providing them to Meizu aside from putting the same chip inside the Galaxy S6 models as well as the Galaxy Note 5.
