Samsung Galaxy S6 Active teased on Twitter by AT&T, coming soon

A more rugged version of Samsung's latest flagship smartphone is coming, and it has been leaked quite a few times. Now, AT&T has teased the Galaxy S6 Active through Twitter, which mentions “It’s almost time to activate your full power“. This means that the official launch of the device isn't far from now. It will be water and dust resistant, and comes with IP68 rating.

The Galaxy S6 Active is likely to feature a 5.1-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, TouchWiz UI based on Android 5.0 Lollipop, a 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7420 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, and a 2,550 mAh battery. Just like the Galaxy S6 and the S6 edge, the device will be equipped with a 16-megapixel primary camera with OIS and 4K video recording, and a 5-megapixel wide-angle front-facing camera. Apart from the home button that integrates fingerprint sensor, the back and multitasking button will be physical keys.
