You won't like Samsung's One UI 8 release timeline and schedule

Samsung released the stable One UI 8.0 update for the Galaxy S25 series earlier today. While the update is limited to South Korea right now, it could be released in other countries and regions later today or in the coming days. It has also revealed the release timeline for other devices, and you won't like it.

Stable One UI 8.0 update release schedule for Galaxy devices

The release timeline for the stable One UI 8.0 update was posted in Samsung Community Forum in South Korea, and according to that timeline, most eligible Galaxy devices will get the update in October. The remaining devices will get the update in November.

Looking at this schedule, Samsung will finish the rollout of the stable One UI 8.0 update a month before the end of this year. Usually, very old and lower-end devices used to get new updates even in the January or February of the next year. So, it appears that the South Korean firm has improved its speed this year.
