Verizon has introduced a new range of “Simplicity” plans in the United States that start at just $30 per month for new subscribers.
These plans are now available for everyone, including those with Samsung devices, regardless of whether they're currently on Verizon or with another carrier.
The $30 per month pricing with autopay is an initial promotional offer for those that are new to Verizon and eligible for the switch discount. All existing Verizon subscribers will have to pay $45 per month with autopay, excluding taxes.
Subscribers get unlimited 5G data, talk, and text in addition to international roaming and satellite texting. There's 10GB of mobile hot spot data included as well. Other perks include Verizon Dollars, ,which is a 3% cash back on bill payments and add-ons, call filtering, and the Verizon Family parental controls app.
Those who are switching over from another carrier will not have to pay any activation or upgrade fee if they enroll in Verizon Loyalty.
Subscribers can also access subsidized bundles when they are on these Simplicity plans. There's a Movie Lovers bundle which provides a subscription to Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Netflix, and HBO Max for $23 per month, a considerable discount as buying all of these separately will cost $40 per month.
