According to popular tipster @UniverseIce, the Galaxy S24 Ultra's screen feels grainy at low brightness levels, and Samsung hasn't acknowledged the issue yet. The tipster called Samsung a fraud due to the grainy screen issue that is affecting some units. The phone's camera has inaccurate colors, and its telephoto camera oversharpens things. Apparently, the long-telephoto camera (with 5x optical zoom) on the phone has hardware issues, causing white objects to “glow.” He may be referring to a possible problem of over-exposing white/light-colored objects. He also claims that the performance of the Galaxy S24 Ultra's telephoto camera doesn't match Samsung's claims.
He also claims that the bottom loudspeaker of the Galaxy S24 Ultra has a design defect, and the S Pen slot looks crooked. Apparently, Samsung isn't acknowledging or fixing issues because it has become “arrogant” due to higher sales of the Galaxy S24 series. In response to these issues, the tipster has requested American users not to buy the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
In the video below, you can see some of the things that Samsung has managed to fix, including the screen's lower color saturation, high-zoom image clarity, exposure issues, white balance issues, and better text clarity at high zoom levels. However, how widespread are these issues? And do they warrant a class action lawsuit? Most probably not. Many other smartphone brands have escaped lawsuits despite bigger issues.
