Samsung is pushing AI beyond its flagship phones into the 2026 Galaxy A series, but how much of that actually reaches these mass market devices?
Our colleagues from SamMobile TV have published a new video that puts the spotlight on the Galaxy A series and its suite of artificial intelligence features.
While the lineup doesn’t get the full Galaxy AI suite, that's still reserved for the premium devices, Samsung is offering a trimmed-down version of AI tools to more affordable devices.
You get practical features like Object Eraser for quick photo cleanups, AI-powered edit suggestions, and custom filters. There’s also AI Select, which lets you extract text, create GIFs, and more. Beyond images, Samsung includes voice transcription, read-aloud web pages, and even a smarter Bixby experience powered by Perplexity for real-time queries.
However, these features are more limited and less polished than what you’ll find on premium Galaxy devices. Still, for the price, it’s a meaningful step towards AI for everyone.
See the full video below to find out just how good Galaxy AI is on the latest Galaxy A series. Don't forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more interesting videos.
