Samsung's Galaxy devices come with a lot of the company's native apps. Some overlap with the default Google apps that ship with every device, but Samsung has built capabilities in them that make those apps genuinely useful.

Our colleagues over at SamMobile's YouTube channel have put together a useful video showcasing the top 5 Samsung apps that you should be using on your Galaxy device.

Samsung's Gallery app is perhaps the best representation of this. It's functional, practical, with a nice, easy to use user interface. One UI 8.5 completely refreshed the UI of the Gallery app with floating menus, subtle blur, and other visual elements.

The Reminder app is similarly quite top-notch in its functionality. It's baked into a lot of Samsung's system-wide functions, so it can set reminders based on location, quickly add new reminders through Bixby, and much more.

One of Samsung's best apps has to be My Files. With the latest updates, it can now even provide an AI summary of documents inside folders. It's also provides ease of use when you connect external cloud storage accounts, enabling you to access them directly from the app.

Check out the full video below for an in-depth look at all five apps, and while you're at it, don't forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more informative videos.
