The Galaxy Watch 5 Pro might go down in history as the only one of its kind. It was the first Pro smartwatch Samsung produced, but it won't get a direct sequel at Galaxy Unpacked later this month. According to rumors, the company intends to shelve the Pro smartwatch series for the time being and bring back the Classic era and the physical rotating bezel.

How timeless the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will remain is to be determined. But if you don't mind buying the Watch 5 Pro this close to the Watch 6 series's July 26 debut, you can save up to 21% on the 2022 model.

More specifically, the Bluetooth Galaxy Watch 5 Pro is now available at Amazon for $379 instead of $449. Alternatively, you can save up to 21% on the LTE Galaxy Watch 5 Pro and buy it for $397, down from $499.

In case you fear that you'll miss out on more advanced features by buying the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro now and skipping the upcoming Galaxy Watch 6, well, that's a small risk you'll have to take. However, you need not worry about the One UI Watch 5 update. It will debut with the Galaxy Watch 6 series, but Samsung confirmed that the update will also be released for the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 5 lineups.
