Samsung updates Good Lock's Display Assistant with One UI 8.5 support

Samsung is rolling out an update to Good Lock's Display Assistant plugin. It makes the app compatible with One UI 8.5.

Earlier this month, Samsung released the beta version of One UI 8.5 for the Galaxy S25 series, the first set of smartphones to get it. Since then, the brand has been updating its apps to work with the new software. That includes Good Lock modules.

While Samsung has updated many Good Lock plugins with One UI 8.5 support, including NavStar, One Hand Operations+, and Theme Park, there are still some that it hasn’t. One of them was Display Assistant. Well, not anymore.

Samsung is rolling out an update to Good Lock’s Display Assistant. It carries version 8.5.10 and, according to the changelog, makes the app compatible with One UI 8.5. To get the update, go to the Galaxy Store, tap the hamburger menu icon, select Updates, and tap on Update all.

It is worth pointing out that Display Assistant worked on One UI 8.5 even before Samsung released the update. However, we doubt that all of its features worked with the new software. If the app had any issues with One UI 8.5, the latest update should iron those out.
