The company says that it can reach more customers with its new partnership. Galaxy owners can schedule an appointment with Best Buy's Geek Squad Agents team for repairs. The team includes Samsung-certified and professionally trained service engineers who meet the South Korean firm's highest quality standards. The company says that customers can trust authorized Best Buy locations as they handle products with utmost care and use genuine replacement parts.
Starting today, these Best Buy locations can handle screen and rear glass replacements, battery replacements, camera and port repairs, and other in and out-of-warranty services across the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note lineup. Support for Galaxy Z series repairs is coming in early November 2021.
