Samsung showcases AI home appliances at first-ever tech seminar in India

On 25 June 2025, Samsung held the first-ever Tech Seminar India, in Gurugram, and showcased AI-powered home appliances to media.

Samsung has announced that on 25 June 2025, it hosted the first-ever India Tech Seminar, in Gurugram, Haryana. At this event, the brand showcased its AI-enhanced home appliances to around thirty journalists and technology influencers.

According to the company, the seminar included presentations from engineers specialising in air conditioning, laundry, and refrigeration, as well as, customer experience and software, explaining people the various capabilities of these products.

Samsung Bespoke AI Refrigerator with AI Home coming soon to India

At the event, Samsung showcased the 2025 lineup of Bespoke AI home appliances, including the recently launched Bespoke AI Laundry Combo, Bespoke AI Top Load Washer, and Bespoke AI WindFree Air Conditioner. The brand says that it also showcased the Bespoke AI Refrigerator with AI Home, which it will soon launch in the country, and that's something we are learning just now.

Among the capabilities of these home appliances that the brand demonstrated, there was Bespoke AI refrigerator’s AI Vision Inside, Bespoke Laundry Combo’s AI Wash, and Bespoke WindFree Air Conditioner’s AI Fast & Comfort Cooling. The company also demonstrated the SmartThings ecosystem, which lets people smartly control these products, and AI Energy Mode.

Commenting on this milestone, Samsung India’s Vice President of the DA Business, Ghufran Alam, said: “The Tech Seminar was a great opportunity to deliver detailed insights into our innovative and trustworthy technologies directly from our engineers to the Indian media. We’re proud to continue building meaningful connections with our customers through smarter, AI-enhanced experiences.”
