Samsung has announced it has opened a new Premium Experience Store in Mohali, Punjab, India. This store, which is 1,505 square feet in size, is located in the CP67 mall, a prime shopping destination in the city. Apart from smartphones, this new store will showcase Samsung's TVs, laptops, gaming, audio, accessories, and SmartThings ecosystem products.
Samsung will host a variety of workshops at this store as part of its Learn @ Samsung program, which is designed for Gen Z consumers. These learning sessions will focus on using AI in tasks related to doodling, fitness, local culture, photography, and productivity. People can browse through over 1,200 Samsung products using a digital kiosk and get those products delivered to their doorstep.
As a part of a limited-period offer, consumers visiting this store will get 2x loyalty points on all transactions above INR 15,000 (~$179) and the Galaxy Fit 3 for just INR 1,999 (~$24). They can also get up to 22.5% cashback when using leading bank cards. Students can get up to 10% additional discount on laptops, smartphones, and smartwatches.
They can also get Samsung Care+ plans for premium after-sales service plan and Samsung Finance+ plans for making purchases easier on the pocket.
Sumit Walia, Vice President, D2C Business, Samsung India, said, “Witnessing an exhilarating response from consumers in Chandigarh and adjoining markets, we are optimistic that our Mohali store will captivate shoppers just as much. The new store allows consumers to enjoy a holistic product and services experience. There will also be Galaxy workshops conducted under the larger ‘Learn @ Samsung’ programme to drive AI Education.“
