A few weeks ago, Samsung opened its biggest Premium Experience Store in India in Hyderabad. Now, the company has announced the opening of yet another Premium Experience Store in India, and this time, it is in Ahmedabad. The new flagship store is located in Palladium Mall in the Thaltej area of Ahmedabad and showcases its complete lineup of mobile devices.
Samsung's Premium Experience Store in Ahmedabad is spread across 3,500 square feet of space. It offers users a chance to check out and use its Galaxy smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, Smart Monitors, Odyssey gaming monitors, Galaxy Book laptops, and lifestyle TVs. There is a dedicated gaming zone where visitors can check out the company's Odyssey lineup of gaming monitors. In Samsung’s Store+ aisle, customers can browse through over 1,200 product options in a digital way. They can order products from the kiosk and get them delivered to their doorstep.
Customers visiting the store in the first week can get assured gifts when they purchase products worth INR 20,000 (around $243) or above. They will also get 2x loyalty points and the Galaxy Buds 2 for just INR 2,999 (around $36.49). Students can get discounts of 10% on laptops, smartphones, smartwatches, and tablets. The store will offer a cashback of up to INR 8,000 on certain products and INR 21,000 in additional benefits. The store also offers financing options through Samsung Finance+ and premium after-sales plans through Samsung Care+.
The South Korean firm is trying to attract the Gen Z crowd to its new store. It also plans to host a variety of events and workshops at its new store. For example, the ‘Learn @ Samsung' workshop offers free hands-on experience of products focussed on digital art, doodling, fitness, photography, and videography. Entertainment activities in the store include a special focus on local art, culture, and music.
