Samsung has opened a new Business Experience Studio (BES) in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is the company’s second BES in the country, following the one it launched earlier in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

At this store, which spans 6,700 square feet, the brand is showcasing enterprise-focused products and services. The company has split the store into three zones, each highlighting different use cases.

Zone 1: Education, finance, healthcare, and retail solutions

In the first zone, Samsung is demonstrating solutions for education, finance, healthcare, and retail. Here, you will find smart classrooms equipped with interactive displays, digital advertising solutions such as digital signage displays powered by VXT, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and air quality management solutions.

There are also rugged and secure smartphones and tablets here, featuring the MIL-STD-810H rating for durability and Samsung Knox for security. For healthcare, Samsung is showcasing DICOM-compliant medical imaging displays and Digital Radiography systems with features like Vision Assist and Motion Alarm.

Zone 2: AI-powered solutions for workspaces and hospitality environments

In the second zone, visitors can experience how “AI-powered solutions can redefine modern meeting rooms, workspaces and hospitality environments.” For starters, you will find SmartThings Pro here, a platform from which enterprises can manage their smart products.

For the hospitality sector, there are self-check-in and self-check-out systems powered by LYNK Cloud, as well as AI-enabled air conditioners featuring the DVM S2 VRF system. Lastly, Samsung is showcasing enterprise security tools like Knox Suite and Knox Guard, and its The Wall large-format display solution here.

Zone 3: Connected lifestyle

The third zone highlights Samsung’s vision for connected lifestyles. It features simulated environments such as smart bedrooms, work-from-home setups, and home cinema experiences, demonstrating how Samsung’s ecosystem of connected devices works seamlessly together.

Commenting on the launch, JB Park, President and CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia, said, “At Samsung, we believe the future of business will be shaped by AI-driven, intelligent experiences that are human-centered, connected, and sustainable. The Business Experience Studio in Gurugram reflects this vision by offering enterprises a space to engage with our AI-powered ecosystems in real-world environments.”

He added, “From smart classrooms and automated hotels to intelligent healthcare solutions and paperless banking, we are demonstrating how applied AI, embedded across devices and platforms, can enable digital transformation that is meaningful, efficient, and built for scale. This studio is not just a showcase of technology, but a testament to our long-term commitment to building the future of enterprise—with AI at the core—alongside our partners in India and across the world.”
