Samsung offers many apps for Galaxy phones and tablets. One of them is Samsung Members. In this app, the brand makes announcements and shares news, and it lets you post complaints, discuss, communicate with other Samsung users, check your device’s hardware for issues, and reach Samsung support. Unfortunately, yesterday, the app stopped working. Well, the company has acknowledged the issue and seems to have restored the platform.
On Sunday, a few Samsung Members app users complained on Samsung Community and Reddit that when they tried to open the app, it didn’t start. On some devices, tapping the app icon brought a pop-up saying “Samsung Members isn’t supported by your phone’s system software.” On others, there was a pop-up saying “Server error. Try again later.” Some users claim that the issue started after installing the December 2025 security patch.
Earlier today, Samsung, on its Community forum, acknowledged the issue that some people aren’t able to open the Samsung Members app and said that the brand is working on solving the problem. The company also sent a notice in the Samsung Members about it.
Fortunately, since a few hours ago, people have started commenting on those posts, and the notice that the South Korean tech giant has fixed the problem and Samsung Members is now working smoothly. If you weren’t able to access the app before, you should be able to now.
