Samsung Magician app for SSDs gets a brand-new design with widgets

Samsung is rolling out an update to the Samsung Magician app for macOS and Windows. It brings a new design and new features.

Samsung makes some of the world's best internal and external solid-state drives (SSDs) for storage. It also makes a revered app called Samsung Magician for its SSDs, and it has received a brand-new design with a new software update.

Version 9.0 of the Samsung Magician app was recently released for macOS and Windows operating systems. It brings a customizable home screen, and you can populate it with various widgets that are listed below

You can get real-time information about your SSD at a glance, get update alerts, and keep your drive's performance at its peak. You can also set up multiple volumes in the same SSD and even move and migrate files easily using the Magician app.

The app also lets you run a diagnostic scan if you run into any issues. Samsung's S.M.A.R.T Check scans the drive to help you spot issues even before they appear. The app also lets you verify the authenticity of your Samsung SSD.

You can download the new version of the Samsung Magician app from Samsung's website for your Mac or PC and from the Play Store for your Android phone and tablet.
