Samsung sells refurbished devices under its Certified Re-newed program, enabling customers to save a decent amount of money on fairly recent devices. The initiative is also great from a sustainability perspective.

These refurbished devices were previously available only in a couple of markets. Samsung has now announced that they will be available in a lot more countries.

Refurbished Samsung devices are now available in Europe

Starting today, Samsung's Certified Re-newed devices are being expanded to France, Germany, and the United Kingdom. They were previously available in the United States and South Korea only.

The Galaxy S25 series is currently being offered through this program in the aforementioned countries, with other device lineups expected to be added in the future.

All refurbished devices undergo a thorough internal inspection by experts. The refurbishment process includes a rigorous cleaning and more than 100 quality tests. Only top-grade returned products are eligible for the Certified Re-newed program in the United Kingdom, France, and Germany. All work is done using genuine Samsung parts.

All refurbished units have the same warranty as new devices, and those sold in these new markets also have new IMEI numbers. Samsung ships these devices in a new box that has the same in-box items as a new device.

The refurbished devices are only sold through Samsung.com. The company doesn't sell them through any of its retail stores or partners. So you must visit Samsung.com to find the savings these refurbished units offer.
