When the Samsung Pass will be compatible with Windows or the Samsung Internet will be compatible with AutoFill of 3rd party apps, I think in use that.

The APK shared on APK Mirror is a different version, the one you get via the Galaxy Store on an S10 on Pie is different (version 11.0.00.55). We’re working on uploading that to our database, but in the meantime, you can download it from this link: https://mega.nz/#!zA41GITA!RDaoAvxofDRwXv5nn_ItfP6mO3ljZOYpEoHEyrayBpg

Not sure what you mean, but that APK works on Pie on a Note 10 and on the S10. We’ve uploaded it to our APK database as well: https://www.sammobile.com/apk/samsung-internet-for-android/samsung-internet-browser-11-0-00-55/

Don’t complain to us mate, we’d like Snapdragon ourselves instead of Exynos, but Samsung won’t budge. 😛
