As spotted by X user @TechA7mad, the Samsung Health app has a few design changes on phones running One UI 7.0 compared to those running One UI 6. As you can see in the screenshots below, there is now a Mindfulness section in the app that has three features: Breathing exercises, Meditation, and Mood check-in.
The Breathing Exercises feature is already available in the existing version of Samsung Health. However, it has now been given more prominence with One UI 7.0. The Meditation feature lets you meditate for a selected length of time, while Mood check-in lets you add how your mood is/was at a given time.
In the Stress section of the app, Samsung has slightly modified how the stress scale appears. Earlier, all the colors (blue, green, yellow, and orange) blended into each other seamlessly. Now, the scale has four distinct colors separated by borders.
In the video below, you can watch all the other design changes and new features introduced with the One UI 7.0 update.
Samsung might make more changes with the future beta versions of One UI 7.0.
