Samsung offers security updates to Galaxy smartphones for the longest period of time in the Android market. However, no matter how long the brand offers software support, it eventually comes to an end. Well, that’s the case for four phones from the South Korean tech giant.

Samsung has ended software support for the Galaxy A03s, Galaxy A52s, Galaxy F42 5G, and Galaxy M32 5G. The tech giant stopped offering OS upgrades to these phones long ago, but it was providing them with security updates till now. However, it won't do so anymore.

Samsung launched these phones between August 2021 and September 2021, and promised to offer security updates to these devices for four years. As promised, the brand offered security updates for that duration (till September 2025), and now the brand is ending software support.

With that, these phones could be vulnerable to security attacks in the future. That means if you own a Galaxy A03s, Galaxy A52s, Galaxy F42 5G, or Galaxy M32 5G, now is the right time to upgrade to a new phone. The Galaxy A07, Galaxy F56, and Galaxy M36 are the latest successors to the A03s, F42 5G, and M32 5G; Galaxy A52s owners will find the Galaxy A56 an excellent upgrade.
