In the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Survey 2022, Samsung Electronics America bagged the highest ratings for “Overall Product Quality and Service” for TVs and Home Appliances. Also, the company was crowned the industry leader in many more categories including product quality, service repair, mobile app reliability, and warranty coverage.

ACSI survey is America's only cross-industry survey that measures customer satisfaction. Since its beginning in 1994, this survey is recognized as the leader in measuring customer satisfaction with the products and services they use. Nearly 5,500 customers based in the US who recently purchased home appliances from leading manufacturers took part in the survey between July 2021 and June 2022 by ACSI Household Appliance and Electronics Study.

Thousands of customers in the US ranked Samsung at the top in terms of quality and service experience

As noted in the official newsroom post, this survey measured customer satisfaction by evaluating the quality of their experiences using the product they purchased in a variety of categories. The ACSI TV Study surveyed nearly 1,500 US consumers between April 2022 and June 2022, who recently purchased TVs from top manufacturers to evaluate the quality and experiences in a variety of categories.

The 10 key product points of the survey include “Durability, Exterior Design, Website Satisfaction, Reliability of Mobile App, Quality of Mobile App, Warranty Coverage, Courtesy and Helpfulness of Service Technician, Outcome of the Service Repair, Timeliness of the Service Repair, and Ease of Arranging Service.” Samsung Electronics America was rated with the highest points and bagged all the titles of the ACSI survey 2022.

Moreover, the company will continue to work on establishing technical training centers, technician training programs, and other skill development programs, and expand the network of service centers to give the best possible service experience to its customers.
