The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 entered the Android 15 era late last month. Over a week ago, the Z Fold and Z Flip 4 received the long awaited One UI 7 update in Korea. Now, the same update is live in Europe.
Indeed, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Fold 4 are getting One UI 7 in Europe. The Z Flip 4 gets firmware version F721BXXUAHYD9, and the One UI 7 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 can be identified by firmware version F936BXXUAHYD9 (via @tarunvats33).
In both cases, Samsung's latest update weighs more than 4.5GB and includes the April 2025 security patch. Needless to say, this is a hefty update and you should have plenty of juice in your phone's battery before you start the update process.
You can attempt to download One UI 7 OTA on your Galaxy Z Fold 4 or Galaxy Z Flip 4 in Europe by opening the Settings app on the phone, accessing Software update, and tapping Download and install.
If you want to update your foldable phone manually using a Windows PC, you can download the official firmware files from our website.
One UI 7 features new animations and blur effects, redesigned icons, and an overall visual overhaul. It also introduces new and updated Galaxy AI features, but some may be missing from the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4. After all, these aren't the latest flagship anymore and haven't been for years. Still, you will enjoy many new One UI 7 features and updated Samsung apps.
