Yesterday, Samsung, along with rolling out the stable version of Android 16-based One UI 8.0 to the Galaxy S25 series, revealed when it will offer the new software to other eligible devices in Korea and the US. According to it, the brand will release One UI 8 to half of those devices in October and to the other half in November, which was quite disappointing.
Well, Samsung has now revealed the One UI 8 rollout timeline for Brazil. According to it, the tech giant will release the new software to eligible devices much earlier (at least in that country). The roster shows that Samsung will offer One UI 8 to some devices in September and to all the others in October. You can check out the official One UI 8 rollout timeline for Brazil below.
Week of 25 September 2025
Week of 2 October 2025
Week of 6 October 2025
Week of 16 October 2025
Week of 23 October 2025
Samsung usually starts rolling out a major One UI update for a device in Brazil around the same time the brand releases it in most other regions internationally. Considering that, we think that if the company is offering One UI 8 to eligible devices in Brazil in September and October, it will follow the same schedule for all the other markets, including the USA.
Samsung Korea and Samsung USA may have stated that they will offer One UI 8 to eligible devices in October and November to be on the safe side. Fortunately, we don't have to wait too long to know for sure.
