Earlier this week, Samsung confirmed that it will launch the Galaxy F55 in India by teasing the phone in the country. However, the brand hadn't said when it would bring the phone in the region. Well, that's changing today. Samsung has finally announced when it’s going to launch the Galaxy F55 in India along with giving us a hint on the price of the device.

In a post on X/Twitter, Samsung has announced that it will launch the Galaxy F55 in India on 17 May 2024 at 12:00 PM. In the same post, the company says that the price of the upcoming phone will start at “₹2X999” in the country which means that the brand will price the Galaxy F55 at or below INR 29,999 (approximately USD 359) in India. So, it looks like the leak about the pricing of the smartphone for the country could turn out to be true.

The story continues after the video…

The Galaxy F55 is expected to arrive a rebranded variant of the Galaxy C55, which is a slightly modified version of the Galaxy M55. Considering that, expect the Galaxy F55 to feature the same specifications as the Galaxy C55. You can check out the complete specifications of the Galaxy C55 in our article about the launch of the device in China.
