Samsung partnered with Warner Bros. Pictures to promote A Minecraft Movie alongside stunning 8K TVs and the Galaxy AI suite.

What do Samsung and A Minecraft Movie have in common? Both seek to inspire people and encourage them to explore their creative sides. Because of this common ground, Samsung and Warner Bros. Pictures became partnered in anticipation of the launch of the highly anticipated film.
The movie premiered on March 30. Leading to the big event, Samsung had distribution partners in markets like the Netherlands show the official trailer for A Minecraft Movie on Samsung 8K smart TVs across their retail store chains. Furthermore, the Korean tech giant launched the “Portal to a world of deals” event in 25 countries, available until April 22.
A Minecraft Movie is the first live-action adaptation of the video game that bears the title. Minecraft. It's the best-selling video game of all time, recording roughly 350 million sales as of April 2025. Meanwhile, A Minecraf Movie is a box office hit and already surpassed $550 million.
Through this collaboration with Warner Bros. Pictures, Samsung not only leveraged the popularity of the franchise to showcase its stunning OLED and Neo QLED TVs but also highlighted how the Galaxy AI suite can help people's creative pursuits.
